Additional locations and enterprise
Additional locations are R599 monthly or R5,990 annually. Enterprise pricing is customised for larger or more complex groups.
Annual subscriptions are paid upfront and are priced at the equivalent of ten monthly payments.
Optional onboarding services
Self-service setup is free. Optional assisted services are charged separately: single-store setup R1,500; group implementation from R4,500; spreadsheet import from R750; and custom training R950.
Founding offer
Eligible founding Kitchen Pro customers may receive a promotional rate of R599 per month for their first 12 months. Eligibility and the promotional period must be confirmed by Menu Matrix before activation.
Billing and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically on the selected monthly or annual interval until cancelled. Checkout is completed securely through Paystack. Menu Matrix does not store full card details in the browser or application database.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period, unless applicable law requires a different outcome.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances, the service already supplied and applicable law. A cancellation does not automatically refund an already-paid period. Duplicate or incorrect charges should be reported through the signed-in Support workflow as soon as possible.
Plan changes and fair notice
Plan features, limits and prices may be updated. Material pricing changes will be communicated before they apply to a future renewal. The price shown and confirmed at secure checkout controls the transaction.
Payment availability
Online checkout will remain unavailable until Paystack business activation and controlled payment testing are complete. Trial and founder access are unaffected while payment activation is pending.
